Pension Beta is located in a residential part of Prague 2, close to Vyšehrad, the Prague Congress Center and the city center.

 

The pension offers cheap accommodation in rooms with private or shared bathroom facilities.

The connection to the center is very easy and fast. Tram 24 takes you to Wenceslas Square in 10 minutes. Tram No. 18 takes 11 minutes to Charles Bridge and 16 minutes to Prague Castle.

Information for customers

1. The pension has a legal obligation to keep certain personal data about its guests, in particular name, surname, date of birth, address, period of accommodation, number and type of document, or visa and purpose of stay. This obligation is governed by the Act on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic (326/1999), the VAT Act (235/2004 5b.) And the Act on Local Fees (556/1990). According to these legal regulations, the pension is obliged to store personal data about customers for a period of 6 years.

2. The customer has the right to ask the pension for an overview of his personal data at any time. This information is stored in the guest card in the hotel system and in the house book, which is stored in printed form in a locked space. In the case of a request to delete personal data, the pension deletes the guest card and shreds the house and registration book. However, the pension must comply with the above laws. The listed personal data can be deleted only after the expiration of the legal period.

3. According to the Act on the Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online, and in the event of a technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.
